As the head of research and operations at TLS, Sabrina Levy is the first to be notified of MiPs reactivation. Preceding the 5 year long wait for the notification, Sabrina was in charge of coming up with a safe formula using wavelength functions that allow the photons in the MiP's interior to be safely transported into Leo's blood.
